We're hiring a HR People Partner to help us build the future of iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing job offers to approved candidates
• Arranging the delivery of equipment and welcome packages for new hires
• Supporting onboarding documentation and formalities
• Conducting onboarding training sessions (Welcome Training)
• Guiding and supporting employees throughout the adaptation period
• Holding regular one-on-one (1 : 1) meetings with employees
• Managing and resolving conflict situations within teams
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to managers and employees
• Participating in HR digitalization projects and system development
• Communicating and closely collaborating with department heads and team leads
• Supporting internal communications and corporate culture initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation requirements
• Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback
• Organizing employee learning and development activities
