Role

We are seeking a Senior Client Manager to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions to improve clients' and employees' financial wellbeing.

Responsibilities include delivering participant advisory services, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and prioritizing the delivery of meaningful results.

The role also involves championing the adoption of best practices to improve retirement readiness.

Responsibilities

Consulting with clients on service features, utilization, participant engagement. Provide project leadership and management for service enhancements, plan changes, and regulation impacts.

Upselling new product features and new products to current clients

Conducting testing of the systems to support the delivery of the services

Overseeing client reporting and development of client facing presentations

Developing an appropriate strategy for each aligned client to market and grow utilization of services

Developing and maintaining key client retention plans and profitability margins

Serving as subject matter expert and represent our Financial Services products in sales meetings

Requirements

Possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Possess ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Possess deep knowledge of analytical, and problem-solving skills

Possess the ability to work effectively in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.

Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Series 65 or 66 licensing required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

Experience in the Financial Services / 401k benefits arena (3-5 years)

Project Management experience (3-5 years)

Experience managing complex client relationships (3 years)

Proficient in client consulting skills, driving to best practices (3 years)

Understanding of investment advisory solutions and the marketplace including competitors, market pricing, delivery needs, client expectations, etc.

Compliance, regulatory and legislative knowledge, and awareness
