Estimate Coordinator

A company is looking for a Preservation Estimate Coordinator, responsible for reviewing and evaluating estimates and bids for property preservation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze estimates / bids and communicate with representatives for missing information and cost calculations

Provide timely and accurate estimates to clients while ensuring compliance with investor / insurer requirements

Enter and update cost estimates, verifying pricing through appropriate methods

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required; some college preferred

1-2 years of related work experience preferred

General construction knowledge and property component background helpful but not required

Cost estimate experience preferred

Basic understanding of residential construction and associated terminology
