Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate resident care, maintaining comfort and dignity at all times.
• Accurately administer medications and execute treatments during your shift.
• Closely observe residents, manage changes in condition, and communicate updates to physicians and families.
• Supervise and mentor CNA staff to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Attend staff meetings, follow all policies, and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Keep thorough and organized documentation, ensuring trust and transparency.
