Job description

Outdoor Pursuits Team Member

This unique position provides skilled waterman activities for our members and guests at a competitive starting wage of $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Perform water skills such as swimming, paddling and steering activities.
  • Maintain physical fitness and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Support team communication and collaborate effectively within the team.

Qualifications

  • First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Passion for the ocean.
