Our client, a fast-growing drive-through beverage company, is seeking a District Manager to lead operations in Kansas City Area. This role oversees 4–5 high-volume locations, driving performance, mentoring store leaders, and supporting new store openings across the region.

District Manager Responsibilities :

Lead and develop GMs and Assistant Managers
Manage operations, financials, and guest experience
Support regional growth and new openings
Build a strong, service-driven team culture

District Manager Qualifications :

4+ years multi-unit leadership in beverage or fast-casual

Strong coaching and communication skills

Willing to travel and lead by example
