Position Summary : The Carpenter will use woodworking skills to build and repair various furniture pieces.

Essential Functions Statement(s) :

• Collaborates with employees concerning job orders, prints, and sketches to understand the furniture piece that needs to be built or repaired.
• Estimates equipment, tool, and material requirements for each job.
• Operates all necessary tools to complete a job including table saw, planer, joiner, drill and nail gun.
• Ensures tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.
• Removes debris and possible hazards to keep construction site clean and safe.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
