Job descriptionPerform professional skincare services, including facials, extractions, and customized treatments Perform laser treatments, chemical peel microneedling Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses Recommend at-home skincare regimens and products Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace Build rapport with clients and foster repeat business Keep current on skincare trends, tools, and techniques Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client experience Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina Minimum of two years of experience in a spa or clinical setting Laser training and experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for skincare, wellness, and continuous learning Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
