Job descriptionTranslate complex product features into clear customer benefits. Develop messaging hierarchies, value propositions, and consistent narratives across all touchpoints. Use AI-assisted writing and testing tools to refine messaging, optimize performance, and personalize customer engagement. Define and refine buyer personas and customer journeys to inform channel strategy and campaign targeting. Collaborate with Product to articulate unique value propositions (UVPs). Ensure consistent messaging across the website, packaging, sales tools, and digital channels. Own the marketing work stream for new product launches—defining GTM plans, KPIs, timelines, and success metrics. Align cross-functional teams on calendars, messaging, and execution. Use AI-enabled project management and predictive analytics to optimize launch success. Support pricing and distribution decisions based on market and customer insights. Lead development of product content across web, email, retail, sales, and video formats. Ensure content supports customer needs, reflects the brand voice, and maps to the buyer journey. Partner with Creative and Digital teams to ensure visual and verbal alignment with messaging frameworks. Incorporate AI-driven creative tools for faster content production, localization, and optimization. Write creative briefs and oversee global content localization. Establish structured processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Use AI-driven sentiment analysis and feedback aggregation to identify themes and opportunities. Share insights with Product and Sales teams to inform product roadmaps and messaging. Continuously refine buyer personas to guide campaign strategy and product development. Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, AI adoption, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals, track performance, and provide ongoing feedback. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on product marketing, branding, PR, and market share growth. Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, market analysis, and competitive differentiation. Experience leading creative direction and working with design teams. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., generative AI for content, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, marketing automation). Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite). Competitive salary package with up to 10% end-of-the-year performance bonuses. The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and communicated. Acting as the voice of the customer and the storyteller of the brand, this strategic leader combines deep market insights with compelling messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and modern AI-driven marketing strategies to drive product success.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing - ensuring that our offerings align with market needs and are clearly understood and desired by target audiences.

1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs, pain points, and market trends.
- Leverage AI-powered research and analytics tools to uncover hidden insights and forecast market shifts.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product and marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze competitive products, messaging, and pricing to develop battle cards and inform positioning.

The pay range for this position in California is $110-125K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
