Job descriptionProven success in developing cross-sell strategies and personalization within tech products. Strong capability in leading growth experiments and data-driven decision-making. Advanced understanding and practical experience with A / B testing and analytics tools. Prior experience within a consumer tech or FinTech company is highly desirable, showcasing a deep understanding of digital products and consumer behaviour.

Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Contract Type : W2 Only
Location : Mountain View, CA / San Francisco, CA / San Diego, CA (Hybrid Role)
Pay Rate : $60-64 / hr on W2 basis
Job Summary :
Seeking a skilled Growth Engineer to leverage journey insights for the development of targeted cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Product, GTM, and other key partners. This role entails defining technical requirements for personalization efforts and experiments to enhance user engagement across our ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Commercialization teams to craft and expand growth mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate consumer insights into executable cross-sell strategies in partnership with Product and Commercialization teams.
- Define technical specifications for personalization projects to escalate user engagement and feature utilization.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to craft and implement growth experiments.
- Design, implement, and analyze A / B tests to optimize cross-sell and personalization efforts rapidly.
- Utilize analytics and machine learning tools to understand and improve campaign results.
