Responsibilities :

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.

Look up parts using electronic catalog systems and dealership databases.

Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.

Maintain inventory control by restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and assisting with inventory counts.

Communicate professionally with service technicians, retail customers, and vendors.

Ensure all parts documentation, invoices, and receipts are handled accurately.

Support the parts manager and department team as needed to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications :

Prior automotive parts or dealership experience preferred (Chevrolet, Nissan, or Cadillac experience a plus).

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in using computers and parts lookup software.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
