Job descriptionSalary : up to $75,000 Bonus Potential Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with match Tuition reimbursement Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an Upscale Casual concept; independent concepts strongly preferred High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.) Must be able to train out of state for this position
