Restaurant General Manager - Fayetteville, Arkansas
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Fayetteville! The ideal Restaurant General Manager should be a detail-oriented, highly organized leader who can maintain a positive work environment, drive staff development, and effectively manage daily operations and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.

From humble beginnings, we've expanded to multiple locations, while staying true to our roots. We take pride in crafting our entrees from scratch, using time-honored techniques and ingredients, and value the loyalty of our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily restaurant operations and a positive professional environment
- Oversee training and development, performance reviews, and staffing
- Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Manage administrative duties, including : Profit and loss, Inventory management, and Accounting
