Salary : $120,000-$130,000 Base (Negotiable) + Commission / Bonuses (Total comp up to $220,000)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Regional Sales Manager to increase the sales and productivity of our east coast sales team.
In this role, you will manage 6 direct reports, achieve sales targets in the area, drive the performance of the team and ensure customer satisfaction above all expectations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure that sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Implement and execute sales processes and methodology daily
- Coordinate, monitor and coach Sales Account Managers
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction is above all expectations
- Collect thoughtful insights from the market and seek feedback from customers
- Guarantee the best use of CRM to obtain clean and up-to-date market data
- Lead organizational effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement
Qualifications :
- 8+ years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in premium / luxury brand companies; or 8+ years’ health club / studio senior management experience.
- 4+ years people management experience with 5 or more direct reports
- Relationship management skills, consultative sales approach and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of P&L and financial solutions management
- Experience in using CRM knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences or similar, MBA a plus
- Travel requirement : 50+ nights / year
- Candidate must reside on the East coast, within 1 hour of a major airport
