What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our production strategy-designing, developing, and implementing processes that bring Thermon's products to life. You'll champion lean initiatives, lead process improvements, and support new product introductions, all while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate & Implement : Develop new process technologies for existing products and integrate new designs into production.
• Own the Process : Take full accountability for execution of manufacturing orders / projects in partnership with operations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and support lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Optimize Performance : Improve production KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, and shop efficiency.
• Design & Develop : Create tools, equipment, production drawings, and routings based on engineering documentation.
• Train & Support : Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.
• Document & Standardize : Write and update SOPs for operational processes.
• Problem-Solve : Manage Returned Material Requests and contribute to special projects as needed.
