Administration Manager/Volunteer Coordinator - Part-time
Job Description
Alocal company is seeking an Administration Manager / Volunteer Coordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a part -timeposition workingabout 30 hours each week.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage phone calls, emails, incoming / outgoing correspondence, andoversee other general office activities
- Maintain organized and efficient system for documents, records, paperwork, required monthly reporting, and donor database
- Ensure that office equipment is well maintained and that supplies are ordered and work withIT to resolve any computer and / or phone issues
- Maintain and track invoices for annual audit requirements
- Enter senior delivery information into the company software system
- Assist with recruiting and training new volunteers as needed, create a daily schedule, and record all volunteer hours for annual audit
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications :
- Must have at least 3 years previous office administration experience
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and be willing to learn the company software
- Must have strong organizational skills while being able to pay a high attention to detail
- Must have excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Must have the ability to work with a diverse client population
