This leader will architect the full spectrum of learning and career development—ranging from onboarding and early career pathways to people manager development and senior leadership programs. They will ensure that learning is deeply integrated with our talent strategy, performance processes, and belonging efforts at each career stage.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

The base salary range for this position is $147,600.00 to $221,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
