We are seeking two high-energy Sales & Business Development Managers with deep experience in light industrial staffing . You’ll be the face of our division in Jacksonville, FL— responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue and client satisfaction
• Research and identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
• Schedule and lead meetings with potential customers
• Promote Naztec’s staffing services tailored to client needs
• Negotiate, prepare, and close staffing contracts
• Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and revenue
• Deliver after-sales support and client retention services
• Coach and mentor entry-level sales team members
