One of our clients, a fast-growing healthtech company specializing in data-driven engagement solutions for healthcare organizations, is looking to hire a Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions .
This company provides innovative platforms that support population health, quality improvement, and clinical program development across large healthcare enterprises. With a strong focus on leveraging behavioral science and data analytics, the organization helps its partners drive measurable clinical and business outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of healthcare-focused digital solutions. You will serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and manage detailed client project plans and strategic roadmaps.
- Lead weekly client meetings, ensuring structured follow-ups and alignment.
- Manage quarterly business reviews, follow-ups, and deliverables.
- Analyze platform data to uncover actionable insights that improve client outcomes.
- Translate performance trends into clear, strategic recommendations.
Client Outcomes & Engagement
Deliver structured engagement reports and support continuous improvement.Ensure client objectives align with performance and quality targets.Oversee the roll-out of new product capabilities with a focus on compliance and satisfaction.Foster transparency and trust through clear, proactive communication.Product Advocacy
Act as a product evangelist, showcasing new features and innovations to clients.Conduct solution demos and communicate the value proposition effectively.Gather client feedback and relay actionable insights to internal product and strategy teams.Act as a trusted advisor using healthcare knowledge to support strategic client decisions.Compliance & Governance
Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant healthcare regulations.Support clients through compliance and legal review processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the client’s internal advocate, escalating issues and driving resolution.Work closely with market experts, implementation teams, and account executives to ensure shared success.Qualifications :
Healthcare Experience (Mandatory)
5+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare.Direct experience with Health Plans / Payers (Medicare Advantage, Commercial, or Medicaid).Proven work in healthcare strategy, population health, or enterprise client management.Hands-on experience with regulatory quality programs : HEDIS, CAHPS, CMS Stars .Demonstrated impact on measurable outcomes (e.g., care gap closure, quality performance, adherence).Product & Data Capabilities (Mandatory)
Experience managing or delivering SaaS / analytics / engagement products in healthcare.Ability to translate data insights into business or clinical action (“data-to-action”).Experience collaborating with Product, Data Science, Clinical, and Implementation teams.Proven ability to lead clients from insights → planning → execution → measurable outcomes.Clinical / Professional Background (Strongly Preferred)
Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare expertise — strongly preferred.OR relevant credentials : CPHQ, CPC, MPH, MHA .Familiarity with clinical workflows, compliance standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements.Client-Facing & Communication Skills (Mandatory)
Experience working with enterprise healthcare clients .Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder management.Ability to lead sessions with Quality, Clinical, Stars, or Population Health leadership.Experience presenting ROI, insights, dashboards, and quality improvement plans.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field (Required).Master’s degree preferred ( MHA, MPH, MBA , or equivalent).Additional Expectations
