Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of pilot and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable value

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent pilots across various product lines

Define success metrics and track pilot outcomes, supporting the transition of successful pilots to full production contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field

4-6 years of program or project management experience, preferably in healthcare technology

Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
