Job descriptionProcess semi-monthly payroll for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Manage payroll data including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure data integrity Administer deductions including benefits, retirement contributions, and garnishments Partner with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support audits Maintain payroll records in accordance with internal controls and compliance requirements Support system implementations, integrations, and process improvements Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions Support system implementations, integrations, and process improvements Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions 3–10 years of hands-on payroll experience Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax filings, and compliance requirements Proficiency in payroll software (Deel) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas) High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Strong communication and problem-solving skills
