The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for managing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Manage new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers.
• Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project management from the design phase through implementation and operation.
• Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
• Coordinate site development and project coordination tasks.

Work Environment :

This position is fully remote, with each Project Manager handling 11 sites and requiring one site visit per location. Expect 30-50% travel. The role offers enhanced benefits, 10 paid time off days, 7 holidays, and sick time as per state laws. There is no tenure limit for benefits.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
