To drive operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle, the remote Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations will partner with sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategies, optimize processes, and maintain forecast accuracy. Key responsibilities Support Sales leadership in weekly forecast reviews and pipeline inspections Build and maintain dashboards in CRM/BI tools to monitor key performance metrics Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements to enhance efficiency Required qualifications 6-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical function Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, with experience handling large datasets Experience with forecasting processes and pipeline reporting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
