Senior Data Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Data Manager to join a global leader in clinical research and healthcare analysis for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical trials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading negotiations and maintaining strong relationships

Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, oversee service performance, and implement quality management plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field

Minimum of 7 years in clinical data management, including at least 5 years in a project leadership role managing global trials

Advanced knowledge of data management processes and clinical trial technologies

Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines

Proven ability to lead complex customer negotiations and manage stakeholder communications
