Job descriptionTemp-to-Hire position $20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm) Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and transactions Provide professional and friendly support to clients and customers Assist with account reconciliations and basic reporting Answer calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping and / or customer service Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
