Position Overview :

As an Electromechanical Engineering Technician on Mercury Marine's Current Product Engineering team, you will primarily focus on improving the quality, functionality, and performance of our current propulsion product line.

Essential Functions :

• Engineering lab electromechanics including performing activities such as :
• Support mechanical component design and development projects, including execution of current product design and validation testing
• Assist in forensic evaluation of failed components
• Design and build custom test devices where required
• Troubleshooting of engine and vessel systems
• Coordination of engine builds for Current Product Test Requests
• Maintain and support development of additional process documentation and test standards
• Work closely with Current Product and EEE Engineers to resolve potential electrical product issues
• Work closely with other Current Product and CIA technicians as needed to support CPR projects.

Required Qualifications :

The anticipated pay range for this position is $53,100-$83,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
