Job Description :
- Take full ownership of key strategic enterprise accounts, specifically including Amgen, Genentech, and Johnson & Johnson, and drive organic growth across these major relationships.
- Drive organic growth in key pharma accounts, targeting $1M+ per year, ideally $3M $5M+ annually.
- Build and communicate strong value propositions to top clients with high revenue potential.
- Be an expert in pharma marketing and branding, and proactively identify opportunities across pharma companies and media agencies.
- Stay informed on latest print and digital point-of-care (POC) products and trends.
- Work consultatively with client stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate client needs into new business opportunities that expand Health Monitor s capabilities.
- Identify risks early and provide actionable solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, communicating progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Anticipate client needs ( see around corners ) and proactively plan.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and select senior leadership meetings with visibility to the Senior Leadership Team and Gridiron Capital.
