Cook-Lead Line Position for a person with 3 years of experience working in the high-volume environment at Reading Terminal Market.

Quick short-order cooking abilities and good organizational skills are needed.

The responsibilities of the Cook-Lead Line position include :

• Making large batch quantities of menu items.
• Assisting with the cafe food prep.
• Preparing short orders.
• The ability to address customers' needs.

Our café has an open kitchen environment located in Reading Terminal Market.

The right candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to work cleanly and professionally.

We are a high-volume eat-in / take-out business, so the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team is a must.

The hourly wage is $17.00 to start, plus a Daily Tip Split with staff.
