Lead Operator Material Handler

Here's what you'll get to do :
- The Will Call Lead Representative works directly with customers.
- This person is responsible for the safety of Will Call employees as well as customer safety while on the plant floor, providing training to Will Call employees, product, service information and processing orders.
- Serves as an ambassador between the customer and the company.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
- Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services.
- Document customer interactions and transactions.
