We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee and optimize our accounting processes. This position requires strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting, ensuring all activities align with industry standards and organizational goals. Responsibilities :

  • Perform month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect current and accurate financial data.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to support financial operations and reporting.
  • Conduct detailed account reconciliations to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting issues and improve processes.
  • Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Salary Range

  • $80,000 – $105,000

  • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in managing general ledger accounts and journal entries.
  • Expertise in performing account and bank reconciliations.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
