We are seeking a Technical Product / Project Manager to oversee the successful integration of electro-mechanical products into manufacturing, ensuring they achieve expected commercial, financial, quality, and customer outcomes. You will contribute to the short- to mid-term product manufacturing strategy and act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
Base pay range
$120,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely reporting on progress, status, and financials.
- Develop and maintain product pricing, ensuring accuracy across accounts.
- Manage forecasts and manufacturing demand in collaboration with manufacturing teams and clients.
- Lead engineers and technicians to deliver milestones on schedule.
- Prepare and oversee plans, schedules, and budgets for approval.
- Drive project management activities, including setup, execution, and closure of projects aligned with client proposals and PI quality processes.
- Establish and embed products into manufacturing, working closely with engineers, suppliers, designers, and SMEs.
- Ensure products perform to specification, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Lead the improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Delegate and guide junior engineers and cell staff, fostering high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop new parts and resolve quality issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Product Introduction and Life-cycle Management within the medical device industryProven track record working with suppliers and external partners.Knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 standards and FDA QSR regulationsExperience with Quality Control systems and methodsFamiliarity with ERP systemsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or related discipline).Benefits
