Job Title : Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The warehouse associate will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and staging the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Locate material in the computer system.
• Conduct cycle counts.
• Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry pickers.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with inventory.
• Ensure incoming material is not damaged by performing visual inspections of boxes.

Work Environment

The warehouse operates on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule from 8am to 8pm. Employees utilize technologies such as forklifts, reach trucks, RF scanners, and ERP systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00 / hr.
