Leadership and Team Culture : Build a positive, guest-focused store culture centered on service, teamwork, and accountability. Lead by example in both customer interaction and day-to-day operations.
Business and Financial Ownership : Manage full PandL responsibility for a single-location retail operation. Plan budgets, set performance goals, and drive sales and profitability. Support local marketing and promotional efforts.
People Management : Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop a team of hourly employees and shift leaders. Handle performance management, coaching conversations, and documentation as needed. Train and mentor team members on both operations and product preparation.
Operations and Compliance : Oversee ordering, inventory control, cash handling, deposits, and daily operational controls. Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Hands-On Production : Actively participate in food preparation, baking, and product finishing / decorating. Maintain prep areas and equipment to quality and cleanliness standards. Train team members on decorating and presentation over time.
Administrative Responsibilities : Complete scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative tasks. Adapt staffing models to operate efficiently based on business needs.
