POSITION – General Labor / Shipping

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift 1 : 30pm – 9 : 00pm, Monday – Friday

STARTING PAY – $20.44 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Shipping or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

As a team member, you will work in a fast-paced shipping and printing environment assisting multiple departments as needed. Training is provided for equipment operation and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety and company policies
• Assist in several departments within a high-volume environment
• Interpret documents including daily schedules, job tickets, samples, packing slips, load tags, and bills of lading
• Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed)
• Handle large sheets of paper using jogging tables
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Prepare pallets for shipment including cutting tops, corner boards, banding, stretch wrapping, and applying samples and packing slips
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of various departments
• Perform basic math and computer tasks
• Be available for overtime during the week or weekends as needed
