Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Facilities Multi Services Manager (Level L) to support the team onsite in Portland, Oregon. A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10+ people, primarily located in Portland, Oregon.

Position Responsibilities :

• Manages employee and first-level management activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance
• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Participates in equipment make / buy decisions
• Participates in source selection; provides technical oversight and integrates supplier activities
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Summary Pay Range : $152,100 - $185,900 Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 31, 2025
