Production Worker

Essential Responsibilities

• Masking metallic hydraulic fittings in preparation for subsequent surface finishing processes.
• Use equipment to blast specific surfaces of metallic hydraulic fittings.
• Spray painting of paint or dry lube applications to internal and external surfaces.
• Using flash cure and oven curing equipment.
• Cleaning of metallic hydraulic fittings using specified chemicals.
• Using inkjet marking machine to apply part number and work order information to hydraulic fittings.
• Sand blasting of parts in preparation of outside processing
• Deburring of hydraulic fittings with hand tools
• Cleaning and washing parts to prepare for internal processing (sorting, masking, shipping)

Position Requirements

• High school Diploma
• 1-year of experience as a silicone operator, chemical processing or general manufacturing
• Must be detail oriented and able to read drawings and basic work instructions.
• Stand, walk, bend and stoop most of the day as well as engaging in repetitive hand and wrist movements 8-10 hours daily.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, as Aerofit is an ITAR regulated facility.
