Key Responsibilities

We Are Looking For :

Exceptional Communication : You possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.

Full-Time Availability : You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST.

Technical Proficiency : You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.

Required Equipment : A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.

Dedicated Workspace : You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

Residency : We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.

Background Check : You are able to pass a Level 2 background check.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications :

Reliable Internet : A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Professional Equipment : A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.

Schedule Availability : Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST.
