Are you an organized, energetic professional with a passion for commercial real estate? We’re looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team and support property operations with precision, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do :

• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, amendments, and renewals—ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant.
• Serve as the primary contact for lease-related inquiries, providing clear information and coordinating responses to tenant needs.
• Track critical lease dates, including renewals, expirations, and rent escalations, to ensure timely action.
• Assist with property inspections, move-outs, and event planning to enhance tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and compliance efforts through research and due diligence documentation.
