Vice President of Impact (Strategic Marketing, Engagement, and Access) – lead integrated efforts across marketing, communications, and strategic dissemination to ensure repurposed treatments reach patients in need.

About Every Cure

Every Cure is an AI-driven nonprofit, biotech organization on a mission to save and improve lives by repurposing existing medicines for diseases with significant unmet need. We aim to ensure every drug is used to treat every disease it could help, addressing gaps in the biomedical system by pursuing new uses for old drugs through artificial intelligence, professional collaboration, and patient advocacy. Eligibility : Applicants must reside in the state specified at the top of this job posting and maintain residency for the duration of employment.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership & Execution : Lead strategic planning and cross-functional execution of impact marketing initiatives to translate discoveries into real-world patient benefits.
  • Treatment Prioritization & Planning : Evaluate and select the most promising repurposed treatments, define the regulatory strategy, and lead execution with internal and external experts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence : Design stakeholder engagement models, engage diverse audiences (patients, caregivers, funders, researchers, policymakers, partners, public), and serve as primary board liaison for impact, marketing, and communications.
  • Dissemination, Campaigns & Brand Strategy : Develop scalable global dissemination strategies, oversee campaigns and storytelling, define intent and maintain the Every Cure brand, and set KPIs for reach and impact.
  • Access Innovation : Champion approaches to expanding access to repurposed treatments.
  • Project & Budget Management : Own the marketing calendar, manage external partners, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Impact Measurement & Optimization : Define KPIs, monitor outcomes, and optimize strategies to increase awareness, uptake, and patient impact.

    • What You Bring To The Team

  • Education : BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, PhD, MD or equivalent) with focus in health, science, business, or communications.
  • Experience : Minimum 12 years in marketing, medical affairs, or related strategic functions; healthcare / biotech / pharma experience; proven strategic leadership with P&L responsibility.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience : $220,000 – $250,000 annually.
  • Health and wellness : Medical, dental, vision, and FSA.
  • Retirement : 403(b) with 3.5% employer match.

    • Location : This role is based in Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA, with a minimum expectation of three days per week in the office.
