• Lead the development and implementation of global facility management standards and programs that drive operational excellence across Amazon's $3.7B facilities portfolio.
• Transform building maintenance strategies through data-driven solutions and innovative technologies.
• Design and execute facilities management frameworks that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve building reliability.
• Analyze complex facility data to identify trends, develop predictive maintenance strategies, and create scalable solutions.
• Develop standardized vendor management processes, implement performance metrics, and create quality assurance programs.
• Partner with Regional Portfolio Managers to optimize maintenance programs, and collaborate with Design & Construction teams to improve building maintainability.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
