We are seeking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for our Pulmonary Clinics!
As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will focus on staff and physician relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed, be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. Supervisor will have 14 total direct reports across 2 locations.
In addition, the Nursing Supervisor in this role will be responsible for disseminating compliance information to clinical staff other SAMG Specialties. They will also serve as a clinical resource to Practice Managers and clinical leads in these practices by providing relevant clinical support, including but not limited to :
Schedule : Monday through Friday. Supporting Boise & Nampa Pulmonary clinics (on site at each location TBD) - 3 days in Boise, 2 Days in Nampa
