Must have skills include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, minimum of five years' experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry, and a detailed understanding of fixed assets, work in progress, and capital policies. Nice to haves include construction industry experience, supervisory experience, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Software knowledge includes SAP, NetSuite, and Oracle.
