RN Supervisor Night Shift 11p to 7a Monday through Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on the night shift. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality patient care, providing oversight to nursing staff, and supporting smooth facility operations overnight.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during the 11p–7a shift

Provide direct patient care as needed

Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to facility policies

Oversee admissions, discharges, and patient flow

Respond to emergencies and evaluate patient conditions

Communicate effectively with staff, families, and leadership

Document and report changes in patient status

Qualifications

Current RN license in PA

Previous supervisory / charge nurse experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently during overnight hours
