This role exists to turn bold program visions into high-impact learning experiences that scale Dent’s impact across our global entrepreneur community.
Reports to : Mike Reid - Head of Product, responsible for program vision, methodology, and product strategy.
Location : 100% Remote - Eastern US / EMEA time zones preferred.
Team Structure : You’ll collaborate closely with Mike (Head of Product), the Customer Success team, and creative contributors across Dent.’s programs. Together, you’ll transform ideas, data, and feedback into content that’s consistent, scalable, and deeply impactful.

You’ll design, develop, and continuously evolve the curriculum for all core programs - ensuring every sprint, lesson, and activity reflects Dent.’s methodology, brand voice, and measurable learning outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Multi-Program Curriculum Development : Turn Mike’s vision into executable learning content for each program tier.
AI-Assisted Content Creation : Use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to prompt, refine, and co-create learning materials - producing draft content for review and approval.
Learning Experience Design : Architect the learner journey across segments, ensuring relevance, flow, and retention.
Content Quality & Consistency : Maintain alignment with Dent.’s methodology and tone across programs and audiences.
Feedback Integration : Partner with Customer Success to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
This role is a critical leverage point - shifting Mike’s contribution from “creator” to “curator,” and amplifying the reach, quality, and speed of program innovation across the entire product suite.

What you bring

5+ years’ experience in instructional or learning design, preferably within adult or professional development.
Proven ability to design clear, engaging, and tiered curriculum content across multiple audiences.
Exceptional writing and editing skills — you know how to simplify complexity without losing depth.
High fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and confidence in prompt engineering to accelerate content creation.
Systems thinker who loves structure, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Ownership mindset — accountable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
Comfortable with transparency, feedback, and open communication — you thrive in a culture of clarity and trust.

Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or entrepreneurial organisations.
