Seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies for client s Vegetation Management portfolio. Role includes supplier governance, category management, and cost optimization while ensuring operational and capital project needs are met.

Responsibilities :

• Lead sourcing, contract governance, and supplier performance management.
• Develop portfolio / category strategies to drive cost savings, sustainability, and supplier diversity.
• Oversee spend analysis, negotiations, and contract awards ($500K $10M).
• Build and manage a high-performing team (supervisors, category leaders, specialists).
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and service delivery.

Compensation :

The annual starting salary for this position is between $$140,000 $208,000 annually.
