About this role :
Provides administrative support to Early Intervention Program to enable the provision of quality services and DPH Compliance.Office hours Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. Scheduled hours 24-40 hours weekly. We are looking for people who have :
High School Diploma / GED, associate degree preferred Minimum of two years' experience within an office environment Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone and multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite Physical Requirements for this role :
Mobility : Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or computer workstation.Manual Dexterity :
Regular use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and fax machines.Visual and Auditory Requirements :
Ability to read and produce documents, operate a computer screen for prolonged periods, and communicate clearly in person and over the phone.Lifting / Carrying :
Occasionally lift and carry materials or office supplies up to 20 pounds.Other :
Ability to move within the office to access files, supplies, and meeting areas.Working Environment for this role :

Typically, Monday through Friday during regular business hours; occasional flexibility may be required for special projects or events.Conditions :

Frequent interaction with staff, clients, and external partners in person, by phone, and via email.Pace :
Periods of steady workflow with occasional time-sensitive tasks requiring attention to detail and prioritization.In this role, you’ll get to :
Assist with scheduling to manage client and staff schedules, cancellations, substitutions, building usage, and consultative appointments.Completes referral information on new clients and maintains service dashboards and compliancy as needed.Coordinate with central billing to maintain and update accurate client insurance records and SSP authorization.Coordinates with Admin Assistant in phone coverage, communication with physicians, filing of records, and processing of program packets, letters, releases, assessment forms, medical records, communications, etc.Review and compare clinician submitted billing log to billing extract.Review third party billing report with central billing department.Compiles and files client records (physically moving to electronically) and ensures completion of all information.Provides administrative support to Program Administrative team, direct care staff, and agency personnel as needed.Maintains knowledge of the facility including how, when and who to contact for both emergency and regular maintenance.Orders office supplies and maintains accurate inventory and record keeping.Participates in staff, team meetings, and group / individual supervision.Provides administrative support related to meetings and other activities of the program as requested.Assists in outreach and fundraising activities.Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned.KDC values a diverse workforce.We are committed to a culture of equality and inclusivity that fosters dialog, innovation, compassion, respect, and collaboration.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability status, neurodiversity, or any other protected characteristic outlined by federal, state, or local laws.Your uniqueness drives our excellence!Powered by JazzHR
