Senior Product Manager, D2C ECommerce

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager for D2C eCommerce to own the product strategy and roadmap for personalized photo products on our Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce platform. This role drives product positioning, innovation, and revenue growth by aligning customer needs, market trends, and business goals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, supply chain, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality photo product experiences. With a strong focus on go-to-market readiness, performance analysis, and customer insights, you will optimize product performance, enhance user experience, and identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap :

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for all personalized photo products on the D2C e-commerce platform, focusing on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Collaborate with product development, design, engineering, and ecommerce development teams to align initiatives with product roadmap, end user needs and business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GTM strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.

Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize sales, conversion and AOV; inclusive of cross sell and upsell strategies.

Responsible for hiring and training 2 junior team members within the first 12 months of their role.

Salary and Benefits

$115,000 plus bonus depending on experience plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
