Title : Investor Relations and Sales Specialist

Location : Hybrid or Remote with occasional travel for investor events

Role Objective

The Hunter is a growth-focused investor acquisition lead responsible for generating and converting new investor interest into committed capital across BeQuest investment offerings (non-Tardus). This role focuses on building trust through effective discovery conversations, solution alignment, and personalized guidance through the commitment process. Hunters play a vital role in achieving BeQuest's new capital goals and partner closely with the IRC and Marketing teams to deliver a high-conversion investor experience. They also collaborate with the Farmer role to ensure strong post-funding engagement, support referral generation, and maintain continuity of relationship with each investor.

Key Responsibilities

A. New Investor Acquisition & Discovery

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and referred leads interested in BeQuest.
• Conduct investor discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit and align on investor goals.
• Educate prospective investors on BeQuest's offerings and value proposition.

B. Conversion Through Commitment

C. CRM, Follow-Up & Funnel Management

D. Events, Referrals & Brand Presence

E. Internal Collaboration
