About Scenic Group :

From humble beginnings in Newcastle, Australia, to a global company with business centers in Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, USA, Canada, and the UK, Scenic and Emerald Cruises are a true success story within the travel industry. The Scenic story began in 1986, when our founder Glen Moroney began operating coach tours throughout Australia, quickly expanding into New Zealand, Norfolk Island, and South Africa. By the end of the decade, Scenic was hosting tours to Canada and Alaska, and in 2008 we launched our unique Space-Ships and began offering luxury all-inclusive river cruises throughout Europe. In 2019, Scenic also launched the World’s First Discovery yacht, Scenic Eclipse. Emerald Cruises was formed in 2013 to offer a contemporary and inclusive cruise experience. Fast forward to 2025 and we have 10 Star-Ships sailing the rivers of Europe and Southeast Asia, and two ultra-luxury yachts that explore the most desirables coastlines and oceans.

Scenic Group located in Hollywood, FL is looking to hire a Brand Marketing Account Executive to join our team.

The Brand Marketing Account Executive will report directly to the Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager and will serve as the lead in implementing, trafficking, and reporting on consumer and brand marketing initiatives. A key member of the brand marketing team, this individual will support Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and will drive the team’s productivity via all marketing channels including print, digital, social, partnership and trade marketing by collaborating with internal design, sales, and product teams in North America and globally, as well as working with third party vendors and distribution partners.

Project Planning & Implementation

  • Execute to the multi-channel campaign briefs, communication plan and production schedules as determined by Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager and ensuring we hit deadlines and targets
  • Brief and develop creative, for traditional and digital media campaigns with in-house and external agency partners, ensuring accuracy, on time and within budget parameters
  • Communicate campaigns and related offers to call centers and Regional Sales Manager teams – via both e-mail communications and bi-weekly meetings with the call center leads.
  • Attend weekly review meeting with Marketing Services team; summarize and take necessary actions toward project completion
  • Support on reporting activities to identify what’s working and what is not and actioning in marketing plans
  • Work closely with the other Scenic brand marketing functions around the globe to infuse the US consumers POV in brand and product development
  • Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are always maintained and adhered to for all programs
  • Review organic social posts and make recommendations for market-specific posts for our Trade social accounts
  • Monitor, analyze and report on results, overall campaign success, key issues and recommendations on next steps to achieve the KPIs and targets

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Eager to be a part of a fast-growing company
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with exposure to brand marketing, advertising, or digital marketing. Travel and Cruise experience a plus
  • Strong content writing / editing skills. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor`s Degree in marketing / business, communications, or similar.
  • Flexibility and energy to thrive on a small team in a growing business
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of mass email services and website CMS platforms helpful, but not necessary
  • Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professionally with stakeholder & senior leadership
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed objectives
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment.
