Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Join our healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in an esteemed medical facility located in Fredericksburg, VA. In this dynamic role, you will float between various centers, providing anesthesia services in a wide range of cases including OB, thoracic, and more. This is a full-time night shift position, requiring a commitment of at least 36 hours per week.

Key Details - Assignment Type : Locum Tenens- Setting : Hospital / Surgery Center- Start Date : ASAP- Schedule : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM, 36+ hours per week- Patient Population : Adult and Pediatric- Location : Fredericksburg, VA- Stipends : Travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

Job Responsibilities - Administer anesthesia for all cases except transplants, including OB, thoracic, ENT, and orthopedic surgeries.- Perform and manage spinals and epidurals independently.- Provide anesthesia care in a Level 2 trauma facility.

Qualifications - Current VA license or in the process of acquiring one- AHA certifications required- Must have a clean background for emergency privileges- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma setting

Working Hours - Night Shifts : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM- Holiday coverage required

Skills - Expertise in OB and thoracic anesthesia- Proficiency in spinals and epidurals- Preferred experience in pediatric anesthesia
